Live — free plan available
ARC is the software we built to run our own resale warehouse — and it runs the busywork for you. Photograph an item and AI writes the listing; it posts to eBay and Whatnot at once, syncs inventory so nothing sells twice, delists sold items everywhere, and tracks real profit after fees. You source and sell — ARC handles the rest.

Live channels
Publish once. It goes live everywhere at the same time, and the moment it sells on one, it comes down from the rest.
The listing writes itself
Brand, item, size, condition and a price from live market data — read off the garment and its tag, and filled in before you have put the next thing down.

Every field editable before it goes live
Platform
The whole operation, automated end to end — listing, syncing, repricing, delisting, cost tracking, and payouts. The repetitive work runs itself so you can spend your time sourcing and selling, not managing software.
01
Publish once to eBay and Etsy, run Whatnot shows, and send bulk drops to Depop. When it sells anywhere, it marks sold everywhere — instantly.
02
Photo to live listing in under 60 seconds. AI reads the tag and item — fills every field automatically.
03
Your own hosted B2B marketplace — bales, mystery boxes, collections, and hand-picked lots with guest Stripe checkout.

Workflow
Intake → Cost → Inventory → Pricing → Listing → Publish → Orders → Ship → Report.
Every item follows the same path through ARC — from the moment it comes off the truck to the moment its profit lands on your P&L. No spreadsheets in between.
Why ARC
10,000+
Items processed through ARC
Every workflow in ARC exists because we needed it on our own floor: intake, review queues, hang tags, bulk publishing, payroll. It gets used hard, every day.
3
Sales channels, one inventory
eBay, in-person POS, and a wholesale storefront all pull from the same stock. When something sells anywhere, it comes down everywhere.
1
Source of truth for profit
Real marketplace fees, per-item costs, labor, and overhead land in the same P&L. You see actual margins, not estimates.

Referrals
Every member gets a personal referral link. When someone subscribes through it, you earn 10% of their subscription, every month, for their first 12 months. No cap on referrals — the more people you share with, the more you earn.
01
Grab your personal referral link from your dashboard and send it to any reseller who should be running on ARC.
02
They pick a plan — free to start, or a trial on the bigger tiers. Your link tracks the signup automatically — nothing to fill out.

Why we built this
ARC started from a real frustration: the operational side of reselling had no good solution. Spreadsheets, cobbled-together apps, manual work that never ended.
Every feature exists because a real operator asked for it. If it doesn't save time or give you better numbers, it doesn't ship.
FAQ
Something else on your mind? Email [email protected] — you'll get an answer from someone who runs a resale operation, not a ticket bot.
Listing the same item on multiple marketplaces at once — like eBay, Etsy and Whatnot — so it gets seen by every buyer pool instead of one. ARC creates the listing once and publishes it everywhere you've connected, and keeps quantities in sync so the same shirt never sells twice.
eBay, Etsy, Whatnot and Depop are live today (Whatnot and Depop via bulk CSV drops), alongside in-person selling through the built-in POS and your own wholesale storefront on the Business plan. Etsy is for vintage items 20+ years old, handmade goods and craft supplies, which is Etsy's own rule rather than ours. Poshmark and TikTok Shop are on the roadmap.
You photograph the item — front, tag, back. ARC reads the photos and fills in the title, brand, size, condition, color, material, and description, then suggests a price from live market comps. You review, adjust anything you want, and publish. Most items go from photo to listed in about a minute.
The sale syncs back automatically. If a hoodie sells on eBay, it comes down from every other channel within minutes, inventory is marked sold, and the sale lands in your P&L with the real marketplace fees — not an estimate.
No — ARC imports your existing eBay listings into its inventory, so you keep your listing history, watchers, and sales momentum. New items flow through ARC from day one.
